Our Eight-Step Strategy
At Patriot Benefit Services, we’re all about keeping you on schedule so employees have cards in hand when they need them. Before we begin, we set a schedule. Timing will depend on company size, the benefits offered and other factors.

Discussion
Our first step is to assess what’s currently working and what could be improved. What is your primary goal? What benefits would you like to offer your employees? Will the medical benefits be a single or multi-plan option?

Next, we gather from you and your team information that the carriers require to provide quotes: censuses, benefit summaries, current costs, and renewal costs.
Data Collection

We send quote requests to all carriers available to the client and meeting the criteria. Then we gather and compare their quotes.
Patriot Goes to Market

Design/ Presentation
Patriot puts the options together in a side-by-side comparison and prepares a presentation, including any cost-saving strategies. We then meet with you in person or virtually and take you through the options.

Decisions
You and your team decide on which plans to offer and complete employer forms. We collaborate on an announcement letter to employees for Open Enrollment and the date and method for plan education.

Education/Open Enrollment
Patriot Benefit Services will hold an employee benefits education session and set up the Open Enrollment/custom election forms. We will distribute materials and be available to employees for questions.

Processing
Carrier systems will work on enrolling the group into any new plans. Any changes will be processed. Plan numbers, cards and employer materials will be distributed.

Service
We at Patriot pride ourselves on our exceptional service. We will handle your enrollment in a timely fashion and will be there to assist with any needs that arise throughout the year.
